Who is behind Bake2meditate ?

Yasmine is an architect, and a busy mom of two girls Yara and Mila. She found her escape from the life stress in the kitchen, and soon became a curious foodie with the apron on and elbows covered in flour!

After many years of stress eating with the autopilot switch on, Yasmine decided to pause, reset and Recover! Yasmine shares her recipes, health tips, and thoughts of her mindful journey!
